"Culver's is such a delight as someone who is not from the area. The cheese curds and custard are some of the highest quality I have ever gotten, and they make me so happy when I have the opportunity to get them!"

"I feel we are living in a time where customer service is no longer required or expected at establishments. Culver's did not get the memo though. I am always warmly welcomed by multiple members of the staff. The food has never disappointed, and the building and grounds kept clean, tidy, and orderly. Culver's West Bend has a new regular in me. :-)"

"My husband and I stopped in for a couple butter burgers to take for a picnic. Staff was friendly and fast. The food was hot and delicious. Know this about Culver's: you may wait a couple minutes to get your food, and it will not be a dollar menu situation, BUT.... It WILL be delicious!"

"Food was pretty good. Service was extremely slow. Edit ~ went here for a small ice cream. Ended up with the wrong toppings. Edit again~ ice cream was made right abs cheese curbs were good. Edit ~ was given a cheeseburger with very pink inside when asked to make well done. Took back inside only after going home to eat. Staff was incredibly rude. I did contact the general manager on the website. Not sure I'd go back to this location."

"Culver’s food is always good BUT it is obviously run by kids who do not care about cleaning up the dining room floor and tables. Every time we go there we have to play the game ”find the least disgusting table to sit at” yet there are always 4 kids standing around behind the counter doing nothing."
