Buffalo Wild Wings

"Stopped in for some wings about 4:00 pm on a Thursday. Ordered the pretzel bites which were good. I had boneless parmesan garlic chicken wings. They were ok - the sauce was great but several of the wings had grizzle and couldn't be chewed. It was very loud and the service was slow."

"Our experience could have been better for a slow Sunday night meal. Several things brought our experience down, starting off from right at walking in. We were immediately notified of a 10-15 minute wait to be seated despite there being several clean, empty tables visible from the door. Once seated, we had to wait another 7 minutes to be acknowledged by waitstaff, and even then, it wasn't our server. Luckily, we grabbed a menu while we waited to be seated and knew what we wanted when our server finally showed up a few minutes later. At this point, we had an attempt to get us to use this new order experience where one scans a QR code on the table to select our food foisted on us, but we opted to go more traditional and voiced our order to the waitress. Our food seemed to take an unusual amount of time to arrive at our table given that the restaurant side seemed to be less than half full. Thankfully, there were no issues with the food, and we were able to consume it without issue. When the check arrived, we once again were told about paying via the QR code, but I still didn't want to use that method even though I understand technology pretty fluently. I usually have better experiences at BWW locations, but this one left me with a slight feeling of "what the heck?""

"I had a Door dash delivery of traditional wings, pulled chicken wrap, chips and salsa. Everything was cold Wings weren't meaty, dried and very hard to bite into. The wrap's chicken was extremely shredded and dry I think with a sauce smothering it you'd still notice it. I've read past reviews from months agi and it seems there hasn't been any improvement. I won't be ordering again"

"I frequent this place and I want to give a recommendation to anyone going here ... sit at the bar. The three seperate times I've been seated at a table, the service was terrible! When sitting at the bar, the service is excellent. The temperature inside the building is on the cooler side and the food is decent. Love the street tacos!!"

"Wings consistently dry Every. Single. Visit. I've given this restaurant many chances over the past couple years and I have been disappointed every time. I ask for Extra Wet wings to try to make up for their light sauce and every time I get minimal sauce on my wings. Staff is polite but never fixes my issue even after pleading with them before I even order to have them ensure the wings have sauce on them. Nope, bare wings again. I won't eat here again. I'm done trying."
