"Best pizza ever. Kindest staff. If you have to wait- it's completely worth it"

"Ordered food for delivery. Food never arrived. So I called to speak to someone. I was told the managers messed up scheduling and unfortunately no one would be able to deliver the food. So I askrd him why no one called me. He said their phones are messing up. I said I'd pick it up instead, just refund the delivery fee and tip. He said he didn't think he could do that because the order isn't up anymore. I didn't believe that and gave him my order number to look it up. He finally was able to find the order and said he was not able to make one of the items. I said that was fine, add that to my refund too then. He told me my entire order was already being processed for refund and he would have to start over and charge me again. I said well in that case, NO, I don't want anything from them tonight or in the future. I remember why I never order from there in the first place. This happened a couple years ago too. Apparently nothing has changed."

"We ordered a pizza that was delivered. Was at a families house and we were all hungry. Well turns out the driver dropped our pizza, I know it happens but took an hour for the new pizza to come, pizza wasn't very good cold and seemed a little old. Didn't even take anything off the bill or give us a coupon to make it right. Very disappointed. Driver didn't even even apologize."

"A mistake happened on a crazy busy Saturday night. The place is a zoo. The workers are pounding out pizza’s left and right doing their best to keep up with the orders. My order was given to someone else with the same name. Oops! We are all human. Josh in the back made my order swiftly and I left with a piping hot pizza."

"I've never left a bad review before, but my experience tonight was so awful I'm still upset. I placed a carry-out order that had been prepaid for. Upon arrival, there was one person at the counter in the phone, one person boxing pizza, and three people making pizza. The guy at the counter never even acknowledged my presence, or even looked in my general direction. After three minutes he finished on the phone, and promptly answered the phone again without even saying anything to me. After two more minutes, one of the three pizza makers came up to the front and I was excited that somebody might actually hand me my pizza, but he went directly to another phone and answered it, again without ever saying a word to me. Somebody finally came up to the counter and apologized and told me he had just clocked in. It was 12 after 6, my order was supposed to be picked up at 6, my pizza now was not very hot, and I don't believe I've ever felt more disrespected."
