"Went to the Mrs. Fields in South ridge Mall yesterday and even though I love the cookies, the customer service from the young girl with the glasses was terrible. I didn't even eat the cookies I bought, I was so turned off by her attitude. Her face was frowned, she appeared so negative, her attitude was just nasty. I just hate it when people ruin what's suppose to be a positive experience with they're negativity."
