"This location is a kiosk located on the ground floor in the mall. Employees were hustling and handling the line quite well so kudos to those working on a Saturday. And BTW this mall is overload on a weekend so be prepared if your not from the area."
"Worst experience ever. Ordered a basic coffee. Waited for over half hour and reached the end of my rope and left. If i could do a zero star I would. I orded the basic coffee because I did not want to wait forever for a drink and previously when you got standard coffee they would pour right away and give it to you but no my cup got placed behind a dozen other cups. Then mine got accidentally moved to the end after about 20 minutes and I told an employee to which he moved it up and once he got to it ran out of coffee and said he has to roast another. I do not think I can ever bring myself to visit another startbucks again. Left wasted a few bucks and no coffee and wasted a half hour of my life. I wish I kept receipt but thought was going to be a quick in and out why would I need a receipt"
