The Explorium Brewpub Greendale

"Stopped in tonight for some food and good beer, had to have the special which they pair with one of their beers. The Bruschetta Shrimp Linguine had a delicious aroma when it arrived at the table one bite and I knew it was an excellent choice!! The paired beer compliments this dish so well because Crocus Lager is easy tasting selection!! My tummy is pleasantly happy tongiht, service was great food was timely and perfect temp...give them a try you won't be disappointed!!"

"After discovering this gem, about 6 years ago, the rest is history. I have never had bad service whatsoever. The beers and seltzers are absolutely amazing, which constantly rotate. I highly recommend any of the Lost In The Sauce "series". All of the brewers have incredible talent! Chef Marie has made some of the best food I've had, that I would never have tried otherwise. All of the staff, "explorium family" are amazing, never an unpleasant experience. Needless to say, Lifetime Mug Club Member was a no brainer. The outdoor patio, is what brought me in from the start."

"Nestled into the South end of Southridge Mall is the Explorium Brewpub Greendale. A varied menu will satisfy your hunger, and a good number of Explorium beers to satisfy your thirst. I enjoyed a huge Calzone filled with cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. Weather/season permitting, the outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy those beers."
