"Good food , but I felt forced to tip in drive thru. Lady asked to "answer question" which was how much you want to tip."

"It's very loud. My girlfriend and I told the lady at the front our order and it was very wrong. I don't blame her. I blame the excessive talking of the staff. I could even hear myself speak. I'm normally fine with people talking but they're so loud and inconsiderate of the people around them. They messed the order up and fixed it but it was something that shouldn't have had to happen. 1 1/2 stars if I could. The food is still good just not from this location."

"Most inconvenient place to try and get breakfast ever since covid and still years later. Just stopped and they only had drive through and pickup only. Don’t have my wallet and so wanted to go in and make sure I could pay with Apple Pay…but couldn’t go in. I’ve ordered online in the past when this has happened but drive through couldn’t see my order right away so had to go through the line twice. This time I just left and went to Panera."

"This place has really gone downhill. Was there at 1245pm today 12/17/23 and the sign said the lobby was closed and only the drive thru was open. Waited 7 cars deep in the drive-through for 10 minutes without moving. Finally just left and went to the Moreland Rd location, which had a sign saying they were open, but their door was locked. Seriously, just close these two locations. Let some other businesses move in that will actually be open to customers."

"Missing several items on my order, cinnamon roll was cold, hardly any cream cheese on either of the bagels i ordered, didn't toast the bagel or give me egg whites as requested, why give customization options if they're not going to do it? Not to mention the indoor seating still hasn't returned. Probably won't ever go back to this location."
