"Very disappointed in the lack of customer service skills. There was no greeting at the the drive thru window. The barista simply started the total of the order. Then I was charged for a drink that should should have been free with my 200 stars. When I said that I wanted it to be free, the barista told me she “already put it through, sorry”."
