"Astonishingly horrible customer service! I would rate negative stars if possible. We went in on a Saturday afternoon to get a couch. It truly was not that busy but it felt extra busy because they only had self-checkout lines open. After waiting in line, we scanned the bar code to pay for our couch and headed over to the pickup area so they could bring it out from the back for us. The screen had our number and a wait time of less than 10 minutes. Everyone before us and several people after us had their numbers called and got their stuff. We assumed maybe ours was taking longer because it was a big item. After nearly AN HOUR of standing around and no employees asking if we had been helped or what our order number was, we asked the associate at the pickup counter how much longer it would be. She disappeared to the back for a few minutes only to come out and tell us that our couch was high up in the self-serve area and it would not be ready until the store closes. It is absolutely ridiculous we waited for over 45 minutes, only to be told we would not be getting our order today. We made special arrangements and even borrowed a family members truck but the associate only seemed to care about how far we had driven. It wasn’t about that, this was the only day we could get the couch. The associate tried telling us to get it delivered but we would have to pay an extra $50 for their mistake! The associate did nothing to help us and offered us nothing for the inconvenience. At one point she even shrugged and said something like,” that’s how Ikea is.” We told her we needed a moment to talk about what we were going to do because we wanted to make sure that getting a refund was our only option. We talked for like a 45 seconds while she walked away from the counter and we waited for her and she never came back. Just spare yourself and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers."
"I’m not a big shopper but I do like IKEA. The best thing is the cafeteria. I love the Swedish meatballs! It’s the best part of the experience. I purchased an office chair a while back and I love it. This time, I bought a bunch of kitchen stuff. I also bought a comforter. Overall, how can I not recommend this place. It’s a great experience."
"This is an amazing place to shop and eat. We stopped by to eat lunch and enjoyed the Swedish meatballs and my veggie daughter at the plant balls. She was begging for more, she loves them so much! 3 of us ate for $20. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re a friends and family member, please note that that program ends on February 1, 2024."
"This is an amazing place for room ideas and has a lot of space! There is almost everything here!"
"There were so many neat room setups to look at, great meatballs, and of course, I had to get ice cream on the way out!"
