"We decided to purchase new furniture from Menards. Menards had an Ashley Furniture couch and loveseat. Great sale price plus an 11% rebate. Super easy to purchase in the store by having the associate in the hardware department print us a yard pick ticket. Checkout and paid, then drove back to the order pickup area. Nate, Mike, and the rest of the guys did a great job. Quick to respond to us. We didn’t have to wait 10 minutes, and they loaded the item into my truck. Great price, great service, and 11% rebate back on the purchases. I appreciate the quality and service of this store."

"This Oak Creek Menards is a large store with a lot of items. Plumbing, tools, groceries, grilling, greeting cards and so much more. Watch for sale prices for the best deals. They also have beds and appliances too."

"Store is well stocked, but good luck finding someone who can help you. My experience was dismal: an employee who didn’t even look at the photos I had for reference told me to purchase a kit (and yes, not only was it not what I needed, but more than I needed, which would have been figured out if the photos I showed were even looked at). I also had questions about cabinet hardware, and when I asked my question, it was like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. Menards prides itself on customer service, and I was met with an eye roll, mansplaining, and a nothing answer that made me need at least two more trips to the store to return my misled purchases, and get what I need. Do better. If your employees feel so overworked during the holiday season that they aren’t able to help customers like normal, ALLOCATE MORE HOURS TO EACH STORE!"

"TLDR: Red tag sale items are on “sale” until you try to buy one and suddenly its not… Triple check your receipt next time! Menards is great, I really love this store, but this same scenario has happened like 5 times now and its ridiculous. I always take a picture of the price for the red tag sale items so we can match the SKU’s if they ring up wrong at the checkout. Well, this is great but the 5 or so times when they radio back to the guy in the store to verify the price, THEY REMOVE the sale tag… Since the photo I just took on my phone 15min before getting to the register just is not good enough. The last few times this happened I walked back into the store to verify what was happening and sure enough they are just removing the red tag and that’s super shady!! Keep in mind, through this entire process I was not rude, not super upset or crazy, none of that. Nothing will make a store be less cooperative then a bad attitude. What is the point of having a sale if you’re going to NOT CHARGE THE SALE PRICE at checkout and then remove the tag effectively ending the sale for anybody else because I called them out on their wrong price. What makes even less sense is the store employees have ZERO motivation to rip me off and charge a higher price, its not like the money comes out of their paycheck. It just blows my mind and is frustrating. If something is on sale, mark it and then honor that price at checkout, its really that simple. Menards has failed to do that, multiple times."
