"First time at this place & I was overwhelmed by all of the items this place has for sale! They really could use a much larger store, maybe a warehouse! If you had a cart, it was difficult to maneuver thru the place! I even heard this from other shoppers! Items are all over the place, not messy, just so many items! They have beautiful items here, if you can get to them! Don't get me wrong, I'll be back, but after all of the Holidays! Also, I was expecting good deals, eh, not so much!"

"The Oak Creek HomeGoods is a really well stocked store, they just seem to have more stuff than others, I’ve found some real treasures here. I often come with a shopping list and am able to find specific things, and of course there are plenty of unexpected finds too. The only drawback to shopping here is the long wait in the checkout line. I had to leave recently and abandon the items I wanted to buy after spending a large chunk of my lunch hour waiting in line for the one lone employee working the checkout counter to ring everyone up."

"The Oak Creek location on Howell Ave. is the worst place anyone could ever shop at. Seems like all this store hires are ornery angry old biddies. No matter if you’re purchasing or returning- they always make you feel unwelcome and and uncomfortable. Rude to the tenth degree and to the point of demeaning. Cashier NEELA Supervisor LISA with short finger length hair and Manager SHARON should be ashamed of the mistreatment they placed on me. When I asked Sharon what the supervisor’s name was - she didn’t want to tell me. I asked again and someone told me. They completely humiliated me and make me feel like a criminal because I had a photo and my email receipt where they couldn’t see the top potion of it. NEELA talked down to and disrespected another cashier who was trying to help and whom was actually the only kind person in the entire situation. NEELA told her to stay out of it and shut up. The LISA came over and told me to stop being nasty to her cashier! Then SHARON came over and back both NEELA and LISA. This was a horrible experience. This store needs to raise the standard of hiring."

"Home Goods has everything your home could ever need. They have everything from draperies, plants, baskets, candles, rugs, chips and candy. It’s weird because the store seems disorganized but yet in order. There aren’t many if any sales people on the floor to help customers. If a person has any questions, there doesn’t seem like nobody is there to assist. Other than that, this store can meet all of you house needs."

"First off I am editing my review from 5 stars to 4 but I believe that HomeGoods in general is a great place to shop! They have a lot of variety of decor items for different decorating styles. Plus the prices are a lot better than most places I've seen. Here's why I changed my review. A couple of years ago I had a bad experience with one employee. It was not clearly marked about bathrooms being out of order. They had stuff blocking the men's room so I thought that it was OK to use the women's bathroom (I am a woman by the way). I came out and got chastised by an employee. It was an easy mistake. Besides I have IBS and when a flare up occurs I have to get to a bathroom fast. Flare ups can happen out of nowhere. People have to be more understanding!"
