"I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the young lady at checkout. She gave me a big smile upon arriving and was patient with me while I searched for my Kohls card. She explained that there would be no additional % off due to time of purhcase, but 1/2 of the rewards points would be added to my balance should I decide to use my Kohl's card rather than another. Very sweet gal - thanks EVA!"

"If I could give 0 stars to this location, I would. This store does not allow split payments at self check out. There is NO signage posted about this. No notification from the employee helping near the self check out. It was not busy, at all. I shopped for over an hour getting items I desperately needed such as shoes to replace my current ones with holes. The associates at this store did not even apologize and made me leave the store without ANY of my merchandise. I only needed to supply $13 to complete the transaction. ABSOLUTE WORST customer service at this location. Also, they said my transaction would be voided within 48 hours on Sunday 01/28/24. I called today 2/2/24 to find out they did not even void the transaction. No apologies, no empathy, no kindness, especially NO customer service available at this location. My card was already charged and I couldn't leave with any,only to find out the transaction was never voided. For all I know the employees could have taken some of my items for themselves without any remorse. It's been 5 business days, that's plenty of patience and understanding on my part, with nothing to show for it. HORRIBLE, go to a different location if you choose to shop at Kohls."

"I had a young gal who was very friendly and very helpful. Since my cart was very full & I usually get the Senior discount but with buying so many items I asked if it was possible to get a better percentage- she did agree & I did appreciate it very much. Thank you!! Darleen"

"This Kohl’s store is clean and welcoming, the employees are friendly and helpful. The online pickup is actually quicker now than waiting for curbside pickup was, you just take a stroll to the back of the store and grab your order from a numbered bin, or if it’s a large item, right in front. Easy process."
