"Assuming not store specific - bought appliances from this location unaware the items were not available as this was not stated anywhere. Items were supposed to be delivered 11/7, informed 11/6 they would not be. Second delivery date set for 12/5, informed 12/5 they were not going to be delivered. Two+ months later there is still no concrete date these will be available. Items should be marked back-ordered or delivery dates not given if they are unknown. Lack of communication, updates, accessible customer service. 2/5 stars as I have bought other appliances and items in the past (years ago) with no issue."
"I like Lowes, maybe a little better than some of the other similar stores (menards, home depot). I think the tool selection is much better. The garden center this time of year has a nice selection of plants too."
"The customer service is always a hit or miss, so I rely upon the website to indicate which aisle/bin the items are generally located. For the most part, it's effective and I'm usually able to locate what I need; However, there are times when the stock levels are showing what's not actually in stock on the floor. The products are visibly seen all the way at the top, still in the boxes above the shelving units. Sometimes you can find a worker to assist and other times it's a bit of a hunt. Either way, there's a variety of products, especially if you're looking for industrial strength cleaning products."
"Decent location with a good variety of plants, household items, building materials, grills, mowers and more. Centrally located. We like to bring our pup here and have never had any issues with the same. The garden center is always well stocked during the peak times. The credit card gets you a 5% discount... they may have financing deals. All employees I encounter are generally friendly and helpful."
