I came to Sendik for the Friday Fish Fry which was tasty and a good deal. I bought some white wine there as well that was terrific! I needed time to take in this wonderful store, maybe on my next visit."

It's small, but it has an enormous selection packed somehow (the basement level storage added around 2013 or so while we still lived in Milwaukee is probably the secret) into this innocent looking grocery store. However, outside of the meat counter and flower area, most of the staff is rude and acts like any question is an inconvenience to them. Don’t expect pleasantries, particularly checking out, that are typically expected at a premium price point."
"I get it, I purchased a preformed hamburger from a grocery store, so I wasn't expecting very much from the start, I must say. The image on the package definitely caught my attention, so I tossed it on my basket. I actually laughed out loud once I saw the actual product inside.. it would take 3 pattys to match the size of the burger that's printed on the packaging.. false advertising? Ahh, lesson learned .. the taste? Well, again, it's a preformed frozen hamburger from a grocery store, I got what I expected... burned lol. First and last purchase.."
