"I would leave zero stars if possible. Ordered a pizza for delivery. My delivery took over two hours. The pizza was ice cold and I don't believe it was even cooked. Dough completely raw. I can't feed this to my kids. I called and the staff was rude. Manager on the phone was laughing and eventually hung up. Said not her problem. It was delivered by Papa John's. IT was her problem. Do not eat here. Horrible F- grade."

"PICS INCLUDED!!! WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! The pizza was so undercooked that the cheese was still in small squares! Not even melted. I ORDERED THE PIZZA WELL DONE! Totally inedible and disgusting. Waste of money. I tried this place once before this and it was the same situation."

"I ordered wings, two pizzas and a 2 liter soda from Uber eats however the driver informed me that Papa John’s didn’t have the wings. My order total price was 91.60; however the wings was missing according to the delivery driver. So I proceeded to call the restaurant to speak with a manger and I was directed to a regular worker at 11:13pm who immediately started cutting me off in the middle of explaining myself back to back to make their point and implied that I was being hostile when they don’t even know the definition of hostility; I’ve not once cut her off, not valued their feelings and yet some way or some how I was mistreated on that call with that specific individual for 9 minutes. I don’t know what it is but being born and raised in Miami Florida, hospitality is a winner to attracting more people alongside with great customer service. The lady then hung up in my face after literally gaslighting me. I won’t and wouldn’t recommend people order from this chain. If somebody presses a number to be directed to a manger it should go to such… evidently there’s a sign of laziness why have the option to press to speak with a manger to up speaking with regular worker who doesn’t value their own job yet alone a customers needs or concerns. The lack of care given is a disgrace to papa John’s. Side comment… HEADQUARTERS WILL BE CONTACTED"

"i got their stuffed crust pizza with chicken as the topping. they delivered it through doordash. it showed up in 30 min. and it tasted good. i don't regret ordering from here. i have 1 more slice which i plan to eat tonite. i ate half the pizza the night i got it."

"Cold pizza delivered by GrubHub. Just left on a bench outside the lobby door!! Received half hour late, not cut in squares as requested and without the extra cheese I paid for!! Don't know why I bother to provide feedback reviews because nothing changes!! Papa John's might have all the time in the world to mess things up, but my time is valuable!! A concept that is probably lost on you!! Just a waste of time on both counts Papa John's and GrubHub!"
