Hup's Pizza 5400 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53218

"I literally just went to Hup's pizza yesterday (March 12, 2024). I ordered a large sausage, mushroom and onion. When I got home the pizza crust was extremely thin, hardly any toppings and it was over-cooked. I called back and they stated they would replace the pizza as long as I brought the previous pizza back. No problem. In addition, the pizza had tons of oregano seasoning on it that I didn't ask for. The female who answered the phone stated that this is their signature taste. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and never had this on my pizza. Their excuse was that they had a new employee and we needed to give him a chance. As a customer I don't need to know if you had a new employee. Train him properly so the outcome of the food is consistent!! I drove through a construction zone to get another pizza. If you go here enter from 54th and villard avenue and watch the huge speed bumps. You must do better!!"

"Went here for the first time before GameDay. Everyone in the family loved it. We got a Sausage,Onion, mushroom, black olive and a cheese pizza for the kids."

"As a local real estate broker, it’s very important you fuel your contractors, clients and loved-ones with only the BEST pizza in town! This place is TOTALLY the “iykyk” off-the-beaten-path pizza shop of Milwaukee and had been for 50 years!!!. I always get “the works” and yes… the price is WORTH IT. the drive is worth it, and in a world of Venmo/credit, the “cash only” is worth it. This place is my game day go-to. No one will ever change my opinion of my favorite pizza in the WORLD. Some people on here complain about the cuts of the pizza— personally I don’t CARE! That’s why it’s TAKEOUT ONLY, you can cut it later with a pizza cutter, a knife, some scissors, a machete, whatever you have at your house ! It doesn’t change my love for Hup’s ."

"I’ve never had pizza that didn’t come in a box unless it came from a grocery store. Nothing advertises they are cash on,y and for out of towers this should be on a menu somewhere. Why don’t they have bacon ?? I tried this because my guy said it was good pizza now I’m questioning his taste in pizza. Pizza is my love language but I digress. It was a Packer game night and they were packed as anticipated. The crust has crumbs which I like but for a think crust it’s different. Oh and we paid $22 for a large 3 topping and had to cut it when we got home lol . Asked for mushrooms on half somebody does not know what half is and considering the mushrooms weren’t for me I didn’t get enjoy half the pizza. Maybe it’s the sauce but it’s bland and it’s in cans right behind the window you order from so now it makes sense why there no flavor in the sauce. Off to try another MKE pizza joint. We finished it but not sure if I’ll go back again."

"My favorite pizza place. It is cash only, they don’t deliver and it’s usually standing room only when you pick up your pizza. The prices have gone up, but it is reasonable."
