Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"I ordered online. Came to pick up my order only to find they didn’t have the items I paid for. No biggie but please refund me. The teenagers working didn’t know how to operate the register, told me they would refund me but couldn’t produce a receipt. “Trust me bruh, you’ll get your money back.” Uh, no. I would like proof that you did. “I’m a new manager and I don’t know how to print receipts.” I asked him to get another employee to help. Other employee came out to tell me they “don’t do that here. We’ll refund you, I promise.” No, that’s not how this works. In the meantime, his co-worker comes out and starts dropping F-bombs to me, in front of my elementary school aged child. Two customers walked out without ordering after the f-bombs started. 20 minutes later, lo and behold, they somehow managed to print a receipt. Must’ve been magic. Entire restaurant is filthy. Food on the floor. Floor so dirty it’s black in the waiting area. Super glad that we didn’t get food for them, in the long run. Wish it would allow me to post pictures."

"Did online ordering for this location and when I arrived the building was dark. One girl inside stated they were closing at 7- in was 630 and she stated my pizzas weren’t made as the ran out of cheese."

"This place is a mess! They didn’t answer when I called so o drove up there. Employees all had AirPods in so they could barely hear what u were saying. Then a customer came in and experience and got into a fight with the employee. They were swearing at each other for a while before the customer left without a pizza. They need to figure their stuff out big time!"

"They always seem to be out of something on my orders. But they're polite enough about it, I know it's not the employees fault, GM and Franchisees evidently don't order enough ingredients. Love me some Take and Bake pizzas though and their quality is just the same as other locations."

"I placed an online order to be picked up at 3:45 and wait till 4:15 to pick it up. They were very busy because it is obviously a $10 large pizza Tuesday. The pizza is very good. I would give them five stars but because of the wait I cannot do so. Food is awesome Pizza is great but if someone's to order at early in the day they should have that food ready for them when they get there on time. I know that they're busy on Tuesdays but when you order at 12 for 3:45 you shouldn't have to wait till 4:15 to pick that up. Enjoy and understand that you're going to wait on their $10 Tuesdays."
