"We hired Reborn as a Costco vendor, based on Costco's reputation, to remodel our two bathrooms for our house in Irvine. After signing the contract with Reborn in July '23, paid $23K down. Reborn kept delaying the installation for the next four months, so we asked to cancel this contract in November '23. As of January '24, Reborn still owes us $22,578, with complete disregard to my inquiry to resolve this. Shame on Reborn and Costco!"

"DO NOT under any circumstance use Reborn Cabinets. We were sent to them by Costco and their salesman made it clear that we had absolutely nothing to worry about. We were told they had a new bathtub that would fit perfectly(lie), everything would match the rest of the room(lie), and it would all be done in 3 days(lie). I have attached photos of the "completed" job."
