"I've been going to this Home Depot on El Toro and Rockfield for many years. The experience has varied and there is sometimes people that are knowledgeable and helpful, sometimes not. But overall they've been convenient and usually have the products I need to complete my home projects. However, during this last visit, it was closing time within a few minutes, and this little jerk who works there, essentially was standing over us as if we needed to be policed and escorted out of the store. Over the last 12 plus years that I've owned my home here in Lake Forest, I have probably spent in excess of $30,000 at this particular Home Depot. After this incident, I will never darken the door of this low class establishment ever again! It may be a little more inconvenient, but I will go out of my way to shop at Lowe's and Ace hardware. There are lots of places to shop, locally and online. Customer Service means more to me than the store I shop at. If I treated my customers that way, I would lose my job. Hopefully this individual loses his job soon, and better yet, hopefully Home Depot will finally go out of business. That would be Karma at it's best, lol!"

"Home Depot can be hit or miss, depending on the location and the day/time you stop by, but the El Toro Home Depot has always been on point. Helpful, organized, and in tune with their customers. I would definitely recommend this location if you have a choice!"

"Are they so they didn’t have the stair treads that I came in for the assistant did help me look and directed me to a different one that supposedly has 180 something of them. The store was very organized very clean had a full stock of what they did carry, didn’t seem to have too many empty shelves. The parking lot is great plenty of cells. Everything is very clean. Impressive."

"Staff is always so helpful, patient, and kind. If they don’t have something in stock they are fast to assist in finding it at another location or having it shipped directly to you. It’s the only place I go that the staff is constantly happy and on point. Thank you Home Depot for your amazing service."
