"The entire experience from purchasing my tool box online, to picking it up from the Lake Forest branch, to getting help loading the tool box in my truck from associates Jeffrey and Tony from tool rentals. Great customer service!"

"Extremely bad experience with appliances purchased at this location. After spending hours looking and searching for new appliances to buy as a package, They told me that they cannot combine the refrigerator with other appliances and that it has to be delivered separately and add extra fees for installation and delivery, as it was in the sale section. Why is there no sign to state that so that I don’t waste my time looking? They couldn't include it with other packages for some reason. I even spoke with their customer service, and they weren't helpful at all or understanding, and they didn't show any care for their customers. Worst experience ever! I don’t recommend this location at all. Go to Mission Viejo. Thanks!"

"Went in to get a few tools for myself. I was expecting a quick in and then out. Nope. I made my way to the power tool section and there was no one there to help. There was an employee fiddling with the tool totes and back packs but got no acknowledgment what so ever. I went back and stood by the Milwaukee section and waited patiently to see if someone else walked by. Someone did and we made eye contact and he just kept on going. After about 15 minutes, I saw the tool a needed right above. I had the ladder next to me and said I’m just gonna grab it and go. I know that was wrong but I just couldn’t be there much longer. Then the associate that I saw walk by came and said I can’t have you get on the ladder to get anything from up there. I told him that he saw me and he kept on going, I was there for at least 25 minutes waiting and you completely ignored me. In the end got the tools and moved on. Customer service here is not the best. The morning crew is a lot better especially the pro desk folks. The evening not as good. The 3 stars is for the morning crew."

"Home Depot is the best. I found my anchors for a job I was finishing up @my job. Today we had Mark Short from home depot measurement services come out and measure our Foyer, living room, and kitchen. Mark was very nice, professional and thorough. A great job."

"Always a great place to visit for that home or outdoor project. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Finding someone can be a challenge from time to time but keep searching and be a bit proactive. Most staff know what isle things are in so don't spend too much time looking. If only their mobile app was better : ("
