"The most DISGUSTING TARGET I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to some dirty targets. Bathroom disgusting trash overfilled bathroom trash and urine all over the floors. No bathroom check list been checked. Trash and things through general store and not restocked. Then came the lovely self checkout guy making an issue out of us having more than ten items even through we purchased our items separately stating we would have used ‘separate carts’ in order to use that line. So she stayed and paid and I went to the overfilled checkout counter and waited 20 mins because the aisle chapstick I bought went over my ten items. Is target in Foothills Ranch purposely trying to lose money and customers? I will NEVER SHOPT HERE AGAIN! Oh but the checkout lady was very nice. Doesn’t make up for the very terrible shopping experience."

"They don’t staff this store. You won’t find a single employee. That’s why everything is locked up. But then how do you make a purchase if no one comes to assist? You go to Walmart and find the item even cheaper and with excellent customer service. Target and many other retailers are struggling and it’s because they don’t hire enough staff. Instead, they blame the occasional smash and grab to explain why they’re struggling. That’s not the reason. The reason is that it’s purposefully understaffed so they can get refunded for stolen items. They’ll never hire security because then they wouldn’t be able to blame this sudden influx of “criminals.” I worked in shrink for a major retailer. You know the most effective way to discourage theft? Staff on the floor. Does that make sense? So basically, don’t abandon your electronics section because Walmart has that section staffed and has better prices. How long does Target expect me to wait? How much do they value sales? They seem to value shrink much more and are probably making more money that way. Probably why they only have self checkout and one cashier during the busiest time of the day. I hope the store manager reads this and I hope that they forward it to the district manager so that they know what’s going on."

"Always over charge me for bags when I use drive up. When ordering through app and choosing drive up they charge you for 10 bags (1.00) and are supposed to refund you for unused bags. At least 6 times they have charged me for 9 or 10 bags when my small order only required 1 bag! I have called customer service twice about this issue to get the over charge reversed, and they promise to address it with store management. But it continues. My most recent order was 3 small items contained in 1 bag, but they charged me for 10, no reversal of bag fees. Unfair business practices, shame on Target. With all their stores, it must be adding up to a tidy sum for them, since most people likely don't bother to check on their bag fees"

"This has been the worst Target I have gone to yet. I waited over 45 min for my drive up order and when they came up to me they told me that they had lost one of my bags and unfortunately they couldn’t find it or replace the items because they were sold out. I said that it was fine and he proceeded saying that he was going to get my things. He then goes to his cart and gives me a bag and leaves. As I’m driving off I noticed that it wasn’t what I ordered and I turned around. I told them and they stated that unfortunately they couldn’t find my bag and that most likely they gave it to someone else and that there was nothing they could do as the item I had ordered was now sold out. I am honestly super disappointed as I had ordered something for my sons school tomorrow and now I have to find another way for him to take it"

"Good Target location. Like the one in Rancho Santa Margarita (Where I usually go). They have good products, a good amount of variety and of course, you can also do your groceries here! Cashiers are quick and friendly! Haven’t had a bad experience here. They also have a Starbucks inside!"
