"Our contractor purchased our cabinets here. They come in boxes and not built. My husband drove out to pick the boxes up and brought them home. We had approximately 20 plus boxes that he picked up. As you all know, construction took longer due to unforeseen plumbing issues. When contractor finally installed the cabinets on our kitchen the double oven cabinet door located on top was damaged with a section being unpainted. In addition, we ordered a slide out trash holder for one of the cabinets. When the contractor finally installed our cabinets the accessories that slide out the trash were not included. We called and spoke to Irene, and said it was our fault for not checking and that 30 days had passed. It is true that 30 days had passed. A professional company would just send a customer the $120 slider when you just spent thousands of dollars. It’s the courteous thing to do. I will not buy from this company again. Beware of bad customer service."
"Cabinets are not worth buying. They do not come together easily because the cuts are way off. The quality is very poor - they were chipped in the box, continue to chip and had mold on them. Avoid."
"Horrible quality!!! We bought the white shaker and within one month the cabinets were peeling, cracking and they do not clean. I found out later my cabinets were recalled and Lesso (formally ENS) would not agree to repair or replace them. I would NEVER buy cabinets from here. Horrible customer service. Look up ENS cabinets on Yelp!"
"ordered 14 cabinets. 1st was lazy susan for corner of kitchen. pieces missing, extra pieces that were wrong. assy. instructions were for different cabinet. Called ENS & was told "hopefully someone will call you back". Saved a lot of cash, but not sure it was worth it."
