"Bier is authentic. Prices are great. Staff is friendly... But the Atmosphere is American country and pop. The Atmosphere is just off the second you walk in. Wish I came earlier to try the food."
"Had beer flights. Bartender seemed more interested in chatting with young guys than serving us or explaining beers. Once got her attention (place not busy), she poured beers and set them down, took money and left."
"Went to dinner with friends (one of which who used to live in Germany) The main courses were nothing special, especially the chicken schnitzel. My friend who ate it stated that the sauce was too sweet and didn’t have enough of a vinegary taste like authentic schnitzel. The real stars of the meal were the sides. I highly recommend the red cabbage, buttered dumplings and the warm German potato salad! Those were fantastic :) I also recommend the 24oz pretzel with the beer cheese to split as a group, very yummy."
"Trivia night. Our team have been to Bierhaus 16 times for trivia league 2022 & 2023. 8/2/23 will be our last visit. Party of seven seated at 6:10pm next to fireplace. We had to get menus from the bar at 6:30. Asked the brunette waitress walking by if we could order drinks/food. She asked us who are waitress was. Good question. At 6:50 went to bar to ask to speak with manager. Manager came out and took our order. She apologized. 7pm trivia league starts featuring Harry Potter. 7:30 manager walks by and says we are trying. 7:45pm our Oktoberfest pretzel appetizer arrives. 7:55pm gentleman food server walking by says our food is next. 8:02 meal is served. All seven of us received cold food. Fries, burgers, brats. By this point of the evening, would it have mattered to complain and ask for warm food. My wife goes to the bar and asks for the group bill. We used the trivia league gift certificates winnings from the Bierhaus to pay. So one teammate went to Politos to get a slice of pizza, she didnt like cold burger/fries. I say the pretzel was warm and tasted good. The Bierhaus may have had a rough night, but the manager could have comped the sodas for the bad experience. You can make your own decision about trying the restaurant, this was our/my experience."
"Super friendly bartenders! Very helpful. The beer is awesome and does come in a stein glass before the party scene arrives. The bratwurst I got was more American Style in flavor than German but it was still great with their deals! At night they connect to a club called legends!"
