"Stopped at Destination Bar-B-Q recently and at the advice of Christy I purchased a Meater Plus bluetooth thermometer and a new rub they carry called "Texas Sugar." Here is a 9.5 lb. Duroc pork butt after a 10 hour cook on my Memphis Pro (which they also sell) ... the photo speaks for itself I think. It was incredible. "This friendly staff brings you options when it comes to the world of bbq-ing. My partner's favorite is Head Country and is normally provided by his brother mailing a bottle from Oklahoma. Now we can get it "locally" to Hastings by stopping by Rochester - so much closer. But remember, if you're looking for ye ole regular sauces, rubs, and the like, hit up your regular grocery stores. Destination focuses on bringing you what is often found elsewhere, making them your source for the hard to find flavors. We picked up some new flavors to try, including my guy's favorite desire of spiciness which will be tested by the ghost pepper seasoning. Don't have a grill or outside means of cooking? "Stopped at Destination BBQ and it’s the best place to get your bbq on. The service, amount of selection, and quality of product is top shelf. For serious or backyard bbq. This is the place to go. I’ve bought a good amount of products and I’ve been satisfied 100%. The sauce in picture is one I would have never purchased until Kristy had me taste it and I’m so, glad I did.
