"Ordered a fridge and waited a week and half for delivery, even though we had no fridge, I was ok with that. The day of delivery and 10 minutes before delivery window closes I get a call that I won't be getting fridge that day. Call the store and reschedule. I call the store now recall I waited a week and half already, they can deliver a week later at the earliest. I cancelled my order immediately! I will never return to Lowe's again! Wish I could go lower than 1 star."

"A very nice place to go shopping if you need lots of home repair items. They have a very decent selection and the store has always been well cleaned and the staff was also very helpful. A little out of the way south of town but they will probably have everything you are looking for and is a great place to shop."

"I can usually find what I'm looking for. The staff can be a bit condescending. I do not experience condescension when I go in with a male accomplice. On the upside, when I go in by myself they are RIGHT THERE to help me. The prices are generally fair. The store is decently organized and clean. There is a wide variety of stuff to buy. There isn't a lot to choose from in a particular category so if you go for something specific it’s hit or miss. It all depends on the project at hand. I have found that their selection of lumber and paint/stain is extensive. They have said they can color match but I have not utilized that service yet. I did my floor in wood in a small bedroom for a decent price. That was for all materials required. The wood, pre-stain, stain, adhesive, brads and polyurethane. The brushes and miscellaneous items. If I remember correctly they didn't have much (if any) sandpaper (at the time). This was almost 2 years ago though so that may have changed. I live about 2 blocks from Lowe’s so it is convenient. Aside from the projects made of wood, I have picked up plumbing supplies a time or two. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in that department. One employee even alerted me to some thing I had picked up were unnecessary for the project we were discussing. Overall, I would recommend Lowe’s for almost any project you need/want to do. From little DIY fixes to the larger home remodel type projects."

"You know it's Lowe's, I look at the website before going to make sure they have what you want. I was looking for Compost Bins they didn't have any. I asked the very nice and informed clerk if they had any. She said, straight faced, "No, sorry you have to go to the website and order them, I can how ever sell you over 100 brands of bug killer."
