"We bought a Bosch 500 dishwasher on September 25th… used it 3 times before having issues. Long story short it was a defect and caused leaking, alarm would go off with the aqua leak but took 3 weeks to get Appliance Villiage to figure out what was wrong and exchanged with s as different one. Our service guy was excellent. Manager Brian was horrible. We have bought appliances in the past and have had excellent customer service from appliance village. We had to drive our defective dishwasher back to the store and was told by Brian a new one would be waiting for us to pickup. Well we got to the store and no new dishwasher was waiting. Brian dropped the ball on having one dropped off for us from the warehouse. Took another week before we got it. No apology was ever given… nothing. This was a horrible experience. We like supporting local businesses but we will not be giving any future business to this store. Brian needs education on customer service skills."

"We had a fantastic experience here! Danielle was our sales associate and she was super knowledgeable and helpful! She put together a package of appliances that was right in our price range and fit the needs and wants we expressed. No pushy upselling or anything like that. The delivery took 4 weeks due to waiting on a truck for the fridge, but we were told 2 to 4 weeks so it was not a big deal. The delivery guys were fantastic too! Super friendly and put all 3 appliances right where we wanted them. I am 100% satisfied with Appliance Village and would highly recommend checking them out! And ask for Danielle if she's available - she's awesome!"
