"Found what I needed and it was on sale for open box price. When I brought it up the customer service agent said they couldn't honor the price and refused to get a manager. The person helping me with the monitors was rude. The person helping me find an adapter was very nice and helpful."

"Horrible customer service on 2/4/24. Nobody knew what they were doing. A group of four buying over $1000 of audio equipment kept getting passed in line by others, and I was behind them. Employees pulled other customers to the front to check out and ignored the group and myself. I had a five minute trip turn into ten minutes before I gave up, left and bought the same thing from Amazon for $12in 3 clicks and two day shipping. Best Buy, good bye forever I guess. Or teach your employees what a line is."

"They have now combined pickup with checkout. On my visit Friday afternoon, they only had 1 person working, and I started 4th in line. It did go fairly quick, though, as everyone was just picking up prepaid items. The cashier was very friendly too. Anyway, beats ordering elsewhere, waiting for shipping and dealing with lost packages."

"I stopped in to purchase a phone mount for my car. They are just inside the door, and I knew exactly where they were. The first thing I noticed, was that the line was about 10-12 people deep to check out. After grabbing the product I came in for, I asked the "greeter" if I could check out somewhere else. He said that Customer Service was the only place to check out. I asked why that was, and he said he didn't have anymore staff than just the two that were there (one was away from Customer Service picking up an item for a customer). When I asked why they only had two people on to check people out, he said that he didn't have anyone else. I commented that he could be doing it, and that they lost my business. In what world does it make sense to make the customers wait in line for 15-20 minutes to check out? I think their preferred business model is that you order online and then wait in your car to have someone bring it out to you when it comes in. They definitely are no longer set up to check out multiple customers at a time at Christmas time, that's for sure! I'll be shopping on Amazon instead of Best Buy, Eau Claire from now on."

"We came to best buy for a new phone and left with more than we expected. The employees were very helpful and as soon as we found what we were looking for Johnny was kind enough to set us up. Not only did he help us find a phone but he provided us with one of the best customer service experience’s we have ever had. Over all would recommend going to this store."
