"I was gifted a set of sheets for Christmas but needed to return them because I didn’t care for the fabric. I had a gift receipt. When I went to return them today, the associate told me that she couldn’t refund me the entire purchase, only $33.00 of it, and the rest would have to be returned to the purchaser’s card. I explained that it was a gift and I didn’t want the purchaser to know I had returned them. She dismissed my concern and told me this is what she had to do and it was “no big deal”. I left extremely frustrated as she didn’t seem to care or acknowledge my concern about the gift purchaser being refunded on their card and therefore knowing I had returned the gift. This was handled extremely poorly and since I cannot email corporate on your website, I’m writing this review."

"I was actually very happy with Kohl's this trip. As I was able to find some jeans that were low rise and in my size. It's been a very long time since I've been able to find low rise jeans anywhere so I was very excited about it. Thank you, Kohl's."

"Kohls used to be one of the better stores to shop at but this Christmas season they have been horrible. I shop online for most things and until I was fully checked out I didn’t see that the coupon I selected did not get applied. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they could not help me. My option was to return my full order. When I got the Order the box it in was totally smashed in because they used a very odd oversized box and when things were set on it the box caved it in. The items were exposed to the outside elements. In addition this the wrong discount, the failed packaging and the poor customer service, the coat I ordered still had the ink tag on it that must be removed when leaving a store. So, even if I were to keep the item it would have still required a trip to the store. This is a shame that it’s another store that will fail as so many are. I went online to consumer reviews and there was tons of experiences like the one I just had. Upon making the return, there still was no offer to make up for the poor shipment, the ink tag left in the coat, the wrong discount."

"Sephora is absolutely amazing. The staff at the store is very helpful as well. They could use some help but they do their best. The store could use a little organization also. None the less a great place to shop for the Holidays."

"I was in Kohls shopping with my 2 year old. I got a great deal on a jacket, but when i got home i realized that my daughter had lost her stuffed animal. I called Kohls and they told me they would look for it. I had given up hope when they found my number and called me back later that evening. I had not even given them my phone number! They not only found my daughter's lost stuffed animal, but went above and beyond to find my number and let me know that they had it! Thank you so much! That is amazing! If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Cheers!"
