"Talked with salesman Matt Green & got a quoted price of 33k & didn't mention any add ons & we told him we're pre approved. He said ok then he runs loan through with additional 2k, which is dishonest, & corrupt which this country has enough of, which changes interest rates & payment amount. We were expecting honesty but NOT HERE !!!!"
"I'm a little late on this but this past summer I had the AC compressor fail on my F350. I dropped it off and they said they wouldn't be able to get it done before the weekend (I was leaving town for a week). Friday afternoon, service had called me and said they were able to get my truck done and that it was ready to be picked up! Lifesavers! Worked like a charm since! Northtown does all the work on my F350 and never have any issues after, but this particular instance meant a lot to me. Thanks guys."
