"Was here today. Napa auto and truck parts is a great store, that has a good reputation. But, hey! What about a customer service?! This location just disappointed me. The person, that works at the front desk was sitting at the computer and never even was willing to help me. I've asked about help. He found a a part that I was intrested in but it was too loose for my part. He went back the store once more and then started to talk on the phone, then answered another phone call. I asked if he will help me and he said that I would have to wait. Very poor service. If the store wants to survive they have to change that worker. Extremely rude to talk on the phone while you are helping another person and start helping them instead of finish helping me"
