Recently, I’ve had to contact the service department pertaining a recall on my daughter’s vehicle. But communication with them has been unpleasant. I understand when the service team is busy and they may sometimes find phone calls annoying but being rude is a bit much. Simply asking for an update, a 2-minute conversation. And honestly, no I didn’t know GM was going through a strike. I’m sorry next time I’ll make sure to catch up on the latest news regarding the manufacturer before I bother calling."
