"Absolutely awful every time I go. They NEVER get the orders right, they’re always in a rush. One time, I asked for my bagel to be extra toasted, with extra cream cheese, they didn’t even give me the right bagel (not even toasted) with zero cream cheese. They’re always rude (once in a while someone’s nice) Definitely recommend going to a different Dunkin’s!"
"Rang up our order incorrectly, so we asked if our total was correct. It wasn't and they fixed the total and asked us to pull ahead and they would bring out our order. They brought out the incorrect order, meaning the only other car waiting for an order did not receive their correct order. We went in to get the correct order and the coffee was half full. My partner asked them to remake it since it wasn't full and they resisted and said "why?". ¹Overall rude and bad service. Still didn't get my correct drink."
"The waitress told us a free donut comes with every drink today. After we ordered 3 coffees and paid she then told us only one per order. She should have told us first and we could have each paid for our own coffee."
