"Better upkeep than other locations i have been to (I have been to a lot!) but this does not make up for the greed so blatant in the cost differential. Especially for items with the original price tag being $8, how it is poor of a company to charge $6 for it. (A item they got for free!!) This location has greater costs in comparison to neighboring chains. I dread walking into this store because of the high chances I can find something decent but overpriced. Goodwill deciding cost based on location is understandable in some instances but Woodbury vs Stillwater is drastic in differences regarding the price for product."

"A decent store, but why do they make it so damned hard to drop off donations?! They have a one way garage that you drive into, and they only let one car in at a time, and close the door on rest of the cars. You sit in line forever just trying to drop off a bag of clothes!? Been to other locations where you just drive up to an open donation area that can handle multiple cars at one time. Not worth the time to sit and wait just to donate small things."

"This is one of my favorite Goodwill stores in the east metro area. It has the best selection of furniture, home decor & art (what I typically shop for). The store is clean & there are new items every day. The checkout process usually goes smoothly & quickly They will wrap fragile items so please bring your own boxes & tissue/bubble wrap & paper bags if you can or to donate to help out. I find lots of treasures here."
