"Looking at the reviews makes me feel like I am in the same boat! The customer service or return is truly unacceptable! Was told the speed queen is the best and high end washer and asked for a quiet one and there it is speed queen was recommended! We bought from them a speed queen and when it came the tech did not get out the bolts and it ruined the washer. Also, after that it took us a 7 days before they could replace a new one and did not tell us what truly happened and I had to call them almost everyday until the last few days I called 5 times to truly complain! After that they did call back to replace a new speed queen. We tested it and it was loud and noisy and clearly shaking our ground so we asked for an exchange. They say we could not do an exchange or have to pay a fee. Seriously, I was told by your sales person how good speed queen is and they do not take responsibility towards their error. Another technician came and told us speed queen is a commercial heavy duty machine and meat for concrete flooring. Our laundry room is upstairs by our masters and my kids have hard time taking naps or sleeping if we do laundry and our grounds are shaking and they don’t even wanna take this back."

"We've purchased several appliances over the years at Warners' Stellian. Great brand selection and prices aren't out of line compared to other sources. Staff really know about the appliances and can speak to differences among the products. They are friendly, not pushy, and patient with questions. Delivery staff are efficient, knowledgeable and careful."

"We have purchased a GE dishwasher, and Electrolux washer/ dryer from this location. We have had MULTIPLE issues with the washer/ dryer units. Warners' Stellian has been out twice to attempt to repair (which has not fixed the issues). We even paid for a dryer vent cleaner to come out (at their recommendation) which also did not fix the problem. I called their repair line today 1/5/24 and spoke to 3 different people. Now they are telling us they are too busy, and a third party has to come out to fix what they could not! I have been dealing with this place for 10 months. Warners' is basically blaming the manufacturer, even though they sold us the unit! This is a total waste of time, and terrible customer service!"

"Bought from them for 23 years, we just had a refrigerator we bought from them for $3200 1 year 5 months ago and the freezer went out they will not stand behind it, we have been given the run around from repair and their service departments for over a month with zero solution to repair and will not even give any kind of rebate towards a new one. We also just purchased brand new washer and dryer from them in July for $5000, will be sure to let everyone know our experience, so much for being a loyal customer."
