"Purchased a full appliance package as part of a new home. Sales woman (must be working on commission)there talked highly about the Wall-in Frigidaire convection microwave say that with its small 1.5 cubic feet you can bake in there with half the time. 6 months to this day I still can’t bake anything in it cause the temperature is off. Ferguson will sent tech out to check it and claim they will be doing a "site fix" which code for “yeah I looked at it and it’s fine”. Now Ferguson is tells me to call the manufacturer and make a complaint cause they did all that they can to help me out. Now I have a $1700 over price microwave. So what have I learned from Ferguson, don’t buy from someone that is reading the brochure and have no real experience."
"I went here to purchase my plumbing fixtures and appliances for my new home, when i was there i had everything already picked out from the online site. Rep added everything to the cart and we where go to go. Two days later she calls me staying my plumber is not liking what i choose and wants me to reconsider my choose as the facets i picked apparently break easily. So i ask her to come up with a bid that is within the budget i gave her and send it to me. When i got it, it was double my budget. I said no way and to go back to the original picks, she did not het back to me for three days. By that time i talked with my builder and said i would buy my own and bring then to him for install. When she did get back to me i told her to place the appliance order, this was in Jan. She told me she would be in contact if there was an issue with anything being backordered. It is now end f Feb and my builder is asking about the appliances, when he called he was told our dishwasher was on back order till June. I was told he would be in end of Feb. So i have to pick out a new one and am charged the difference when it is not my fault there delivery failed. I ASKED right out will all the other appliance be delivered on time and was assured they would be. It is now the Tuesday before i close and my Dryer was not delivered with the other appliances . Both myself and my builder have emails this rep to find out why with no response. I called at 11 to talk with a manager and left a message still no call back. I called and talked with another rep and she cant find my order, i asked to talk with the original rep and of course she is busy with a customer. but i was assured she would pass the message along. I am sorry if i do not have faith that i will not receive a call back . I would never order form this company again."
"I initially felt good about my experience and the help I received with my remodel purchases. I had to add more things to our order and when it wasn’t a large purchase but only additions to the big purchase the service and friendliness fell short. I’m sorry to think that depending on how much you spend dictates the level of help and service you receive. Simple call returns and follow ups to questions is a continuation of the service you want to be known for and word of mouth that would be shared with prospective new customers. There are many other options out there and one would think you’d strive to be good at what you do and not have your name shared as a place not to go. Disappointing is certainly one word that describes my experience."
