"This is the second time I have been in this store waiting for 15 min with a line a block long, until the manager finally called staff up to the registers. She should realize that breakage resulting in shattered debris all over the floor is going to take time to clean up. She waits until half the customers have abandoned their carts and left the store. Is the owner unaware of the incompetency?"

"Just had a horrible experience at this HomeGoods and will not be a returning customer. I was out of the return window for a pair of glasses, and asked politely if there was anything she could do. The older woman cashier pulled the glasses out of the bag and accused me of using them, because the sticker was half gone. I told her they came like that, and bought them anyway because I figured I could clean them. She said they did NOT come that way, and had such an attitude, after I politely told her that’s how I bought them off the shelf. What a day ruiner."

"I live quite aways from Home Goods but when in the area I make a stop. This trip was disappointing. The store was cluttered with items needing to be placed on display. It was difficult to get around the store. I did find one item but after trying to walk the store with all the extra shelving if merchandise I gave up and left. Although the clerks at checkout were very nice the shipping experience left something to be desired. I went on a Wednesday, one would think it would be an easy shopping experience, it was not"

"Excellent store to find very fine and wonderful items, gifts, and home goods :) the aisles are tight but unfortunately the shoppers that shop here disregard your personal space ALL. THE. TIME. it's not the stores fault but it's mainly the people that don't understand personal space as you are looking at items. So, be aware when you shop at this location, don't be surprised if people get really close to you or get in front of you when you are looking at an item.Overall, the store is very clean and we'll organized. The items are easy to grab and look at. The items are clean as well. The aisles are tight and just enough room for one person with a cart. Wish there were more cashiers but it is what it is. An amazing store!"
