"They were no help, we spent 200 dollars on their services. The first time they were there they looked at our problem tried it on and told us what was wrong, we had to bring it back to them as for we needed a picture of what was wrong and they told us they couldn't do it because of covid, even though they had just done it a week ago. So not happy with them."

And the other guys were very quick to help out and it was clearly very simple for them to help me out!! But I figured I wouldn’t get any decent help from her as she was super hesitant to talk to us while we waited in line. Not sure what her problem was, Laziness or attitude problem?? Either way it’s a bad look on Geek Squad They’re usually very professional and helpful"
"I loved this place. They fixed my Samsung tablet and it was in Safe Mode stuck for a month and a half. I hard reset it multiple times and didn’t go away, so Geek Squad was able to fix it! Thank you!!"
