"Purchased 3 different times from the Retail Showroom. Didn't have any issues 1st time. 2nd time every item received was defective, but was replaced by the manufacturer. The 3rd time however, I received a defective item. A mounting bolt was stuck in and could not be dislodged. Was told they wouldn't replace because it had already been installed, and I clearly reiterated the staff member that I could not install it, because this bolt in question that was required to removed to even attempt mounting was not able to be removed. Just be entirely clear, an allen wrench came with the hardware with the purpose of removing this stuck bolt. Attempting to use the included allen wrench stripped out the bolt head."

"These guys are great! I needed the back part for a hinge. Normally this part is only sold with new hinges. ($4 to 5$ a set) But I was able to dig through there odds and ends bin and I found enough to be able to finish my project. The gentleman at the store gave me an incredible deal for all of these hinges. As in less than a value meal at McDonald's"
