"Do NOT use microwave installation services! They showed up but FORGOT THEIR DRILL and TOOLS, said they'd return, never did, and despite Home Depot promises to expedite rescheduling, we got put at the back of the line and the delivery was not rescheduled until FIVE DAYS LATER. Had to call and text multiple times. Since they don't give you a delivery time window until the night before, we had to set aside two full days of our lives to be home for a delivery, then install."

"I've only gone to this location a couple times but every experience has been great. Super friendly and helpful staff. I've even done a couple curbside orders and I'm never waiting long."

"Terrible customer service- the lengthy man working the paint section with short hair and short beard wearing glasses walked near me more than a few times- when I asked if he could see if someone could help me in the electrical section he looked up at me stroked his beard and walked away down an isle. What customer doesn’t love being blatantly ignored by employees, right? No. No ones want that. And your establishment shouldn’t either- I’ll be going to Lowe’s from now one. Might be one customer now but the more that you ignore the more that adds up. No wonder the parking lot was mostly desolate."

"We bought a brand new Maytag washer in august of 2022. In September of 2023, we noticed some strange noises coming from it. We had a technician out and he confirmed that the transmission and driveshaft went out. Just weeks after the warranty expired. We are a family of two and do a few loads of laundry every week. We got a very standard top load washer without the bells and whistles, something that should have been dependable. But instead we are finding out that buying a brand new washer will be cheaper than having Maytag come out and fix it. Unbelievably upset about this, where they make a washer work just long enough so they don’t have to help you out at all once it breaks. Terrible craftsmanship. Shame on Home Depot for selling a machine that breaks so easily."
