Watching the workers fumble through the customers in front of me was frustrating although at times somewhat entertaining. Does geek squad train the employees at all?"
"if you need the geek squad, choose another location. the group here is lazy and looks for reasons to not do their job. they are ignorant on the products they service and come off as rude and "busy". the difference between this group and the geek squad i have used from other locations is a world of difference. I had to literally return the following day and connect the geek squad manager with Apple care via my own phone for Apple to explain to him what he needs to do. unacceptable even for low level management or a normal customer service rep."
