"Horrible customer service !!!!!after a 3 hour wait for balance and rotation on tires I purchased there, There was obvious vibration in steering wheel.So I took it right back and was met by the guy with the long beard and was told well, you can leave it with us and we may get to it by the end of the day!!! not, sorry about this or let me see what I can do… nothing! He was only concerned about the next person, and what he had to get done not the problem that they created. Then the Management was unhelpful!!! You will need to be patient!!!! Or come back another day!!! Had to go to fleet farm to have it fixed!! They only seem to want your money! Poor attitude!! I get that everybody makes mistakes and that’s not what the point is, the point is their attitude after the sale is so poor it’s as if we are inconveniencing them. FYI fleet farms prices are similar."

"I saved $700 by choosing this location for tire balancing and rotation. Discount Tires had falsely claimed I needed new tires. I'll recommend this place for their honesty during my visit."

"Had my tires change for my truck but was told to come back for tire balance since they dont have the tire balance tool for the new tires. Tried calling to get the tire balanced but the call doesnt go through at all and was also hung up. Could be that they need more workers, but wish that they could at least answer the phone."

"I waited 6 hours.. they opened at 10am.. i was there at 10:30am and left at 11:30am after paying. I was told it would be done at 2pm. Came by 2:30, it was untouched. And i was told it would it be done in a hour and 30 minutes. There were cars coming in and out nonstop, and it seemed like everyone was getting their tires done except mine. I came back at 4:40pm.. and it was still not touched. They close at 6pm. I was told theyd get it done by tonight.. no thank you. I got my refund. P.S. if there was a 0 star rating.. i would give it 0."

"I arrived at 10:05 AM to get new tires mounted. I was quoted 2 hours to be finished. Currently here at 12:20 PM. Walked by the lot where I left my car. It still hasn't been brought in to be worked on. The workers are all working hard and friendly, but they have a huge line of customers. Need more employees."
