These guys had a new screen installed in an hour, and were able to not cause further damage to the glass back cover of this phone, all for a reasonable price."

Picked it up 30 mins or so before they were due to close. Made mention to Angelo my plan was to install it myself the next day. "We can put it in for you," Angelo said. "I had a great experience today at Batteries Plus. I needed to replace a key fob and was floored with the dealer price. I remembered someone in a local group mentioned Batteries Plus so I did a little research. I looked at a couple places online to order replacement fobs but non of the reviews stood up. I then did an "order online and pickup in store" for a fob from Batteries Plus off their website. Angelo called within 30 minutes and asked if he could go through the model/make/date of the vehicle to make sure the system had me order the correct one. He decided to order another one just incase. He said we could do an adjustment in the store if needed. Sure enough, the online system ordered the wrong fob and we were good to go since he had ordered the other one as backup. It only took a couple of days to get the fobs and he called to schedule the programing for the next day. He did a fantastic job. Even doing a few test runs with the key cutting lazer to make sure I'd have a good backup key. Angelo was kind, thoughtful and efficient. He offered exceptional customer service. The price for the new key fob with the programing was significantly lower than the car dealer price. The store and all the employees had a nice vibe. They were kind and efficient to everyone while I was there."
