"Initially I was quoted one number on the phone and was told it was for the required repairs plus a few recommended repairs. I took some time to think about it, and when I called back to see what the cost would be for just the required repairs I was told "that's the number in the quote." I declined the work, and when I picked up my car, the paperwork I was given had a quote with a much lower number on it and didn’t include the work that they initially said was recommended. Just what was required for the repair. It’s hard to trust a mechanic when they tell you six things are required and then they provide you a quote for just three things."

"I have had continued issues with a tire on my car since I purchased it. The dealership continued to say there was no problem. My light came on again and I was right by this location. They were so accommodating! My pressure was checked and once I stated I had continued issues my tire was immediately checked for a leak. They found a leak and fixed my tire so quickly! Everyone had amazing guest service from the first contact to the last. The friendliest technicians, amazing all around service! I can’t say enough about everyone I came in co tact with yesterday. My vehicle is now out of warranty and you e more than earned my business. Please thank everyone on this team!!"
