"The service I have gotten in the past has been great and more reasonable than other HD dealerships, but there hours are not convenient for the average person. If you’re going to be closed Sunday and Monday you need to be open late at least one night a week. Anyone outside the area can’t get there by 5 and the service manager is very strict on picking up your bike as soon as it’s done. I will pay a little extra for the convenience of better hours."
