"I’ve always tried to have a yearly inspection done on my furnace and AC unit. After disappointments and missed appointments, I decided to not have the business that had been servicing my system for years return and decided to give Under Aire Heating & Cooling a call. I heard their commercials on WJMC out local radio station, and they said, “if you call, we’ll answer”, so I figured I’d give it a shot. They answered right away! I explained what I was looking for and I was put on the schedule. The owner, Shane came over to do my inspection and my oldest daughter was here at the time. She told me how nice, polite and chatty Shane was, which was not like our old service, at all.
