"Tiki was my sales lady and she was wonderful. So kind and genuinely took the time to find a car that suited all my needs. I did a lot of car shopping before deciding on my Jeep and she was the absolute best help. My concerns came when the manager Andy came over. I expressed my concern with a noise the car was making and he told me to "turn up the radio" and I won't notice it. A comment like that is extremely insulting as a young woman trying to purchase a vehicle. He then brought it to service after I put up a fight and they told me it was fine and did not impact the way my car drove. I expressed my concerns to Tiki and she brought me back to the service techs themselves so they could tell me what was going on with the noise and Andy had stormed across the service center saying "it's fine I had them look at it already". The service tech came out and explained exactly what the noise I was hearing was and why it was there. I hesitantly left with my new vehicle and a day later error codes started to arise. I talked with the dealership and they had me bring the car back so they could look at it and had kept it to work on it for nearly an entire month. During this process there was no communication with me about where they were in the process. I had called numerous times and was assured I would get a call back and I did not hear back until the service manager called and apologized. I have had my car back for about a month post their repairs and I am still having issues, now the calipers went out while I was driving and I could not use my breaks. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service, hidden concerns, lack of communication, and utter disrespect I have received at Johnson Chevy and I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from that company."

"I went to Johnson motors for some warranty work. I was there for nearly an hour before they even got to my pick up. They misdiagnosed my problem. Matt in the service department ended up screaming at me over the phone when I followed up to get the work done. I took it to the manager Chad, He was getting things straightened out and was polite about it. However he called me back to inform me that Matt lied to him about it and they didn't want to do my warranty work. As my warranty is almost expired, they wasted a month with their abuse. And I'll be paying out of pocket. Be very aware. If they can do this to me, they'll do it or more to you."

"Great experience with Johnson Motors! My car needed repairs, they let me know it was under warranty and fixed it. They were so nice and knowledgeable! Johnson's will be my first choice for auto care. And my oil change was cheaper than a drive through oil change place with no high pressure to add services. Thank you!"

"Andy was great to work with, handled a super busy Saturday customer load like a pro. Dealerships could always work fast, but that is what it is. The sales staff are non commission but hustle like they are and guest service staff are pleasant. I'd advise calling ahead but once that is a handled its a great place to deal with."
