I’m pleased with the owner for trying to make things right as he is as solid as they come just not to sure about the mechanics. It is time for me to move on as I have not had one successful cruise all summer and this recent weekend had to be towed home because of it not running right backfiring and stalling out thanks for your time they definitely need better trained mechanics cheaper prices explains it all they have worked on my car all summer and the thing still isn’t right along with pinching my transmission line and now car won’t even run all my hard earned money down the drain not the right way to do business now I’m done I do not recommend this shop"

"This place is truly amazing and provides fantastic customer service. Last year my car’s transmission was acting up. I brought my car here to have it looked at. I was contacted shortly after to be informed that there was an issue with my TCM and that they had already contacted my dealer for me to check and see if my car was within the miles for a warranty. The car was thankfully within the miles and St. Croix auto had already given the local dealer my name and contact information. I didn’t have to do a thing. This already told me that they care about their customers and have no intentions of taking your money like other auto shops. Just recently my car’s AC wasn’t working due to an excess amount of Freon in the system. I had called around to get different quotes from nearby shops. They all quoted me within 200 and above to have the Freon simply drained to its optimal level. After calling St. Croix auto for their quote, they gave me a quote 100 dollars cheaper then every other place. I dropped my car off this morning, and had it back within a few hours to be told the service was complete. Their lot is always full, but don’t let this scare you away. The cars on their lot are waiting for parts to come in. So don’t get scared away thinking your car is going to take forever to get worked on. I had only called the other day to schedule an appointment, and I already have the car back and it is working great! If there is any place to bring your car, it is here."

"I can't say enough about St Croix automotive! This place is excellent. Nick was very awesome in the phone telling what needed to be done. It took a lot for me to bring my car in as it's a 78 nova. I usually do all the work myself so to hand it over to them took a lot of trust. The guys there did an awesome job! If I need repairs on my daily or any of my vehicles I know I can trust them!"
