"They claim they had their " tire guy" look at the brakes who claims they were fine , when I told the salesman man I've heard them grind myself! Not everyone is stupid! Some of us work and don't have time to fix our vehicle but know about vehicles big mistakes you guys!! And telling me thiers a tie rod out and it needs a front wheel alignment, wrong again people oil change people and Midas and these chumps look very to tell you thiers a tie rod out when thier isn't it's a quick way for them to make hundreds of dollars thier chumps!!! And they can post whatever they want but I looked and thier wasn't a tie rod issue,!!"
"Wheel balance resulting with them losing a lug nut. The replacement was not remotely similar, plus there was no mention of it. . I called them on it. They acted like they never do no wrong. Finally ordered me a new one. Owner replaced it, No apologies. Terrible customer service. service."
"I had the greatest experience at Triple Tire, they repaired my old tractor tire and added beet juice to my utility tractor tires. Their service was prompt and all the staff was friendly and courteous. They made me feel as if I was the only customer while I could see they we busy taking care of others.
