"I do the best I can to spread my business around to all the auto parts stores in town and have always had only good to say about your New Richmond store until today. At about 1:30 I asked for a blower motor resister for my Grand Marque. Brought it home and it never left my front seat. When I removed the old one I knew it was incorrect. I brought it back at about 3:15 in the original box with receipt, everything was like brand new not a fingerprint on the box. Policy is no electrical returns. Yes, I understand you have been burned, but there should be exceptions. Your person gave me the part assuming it was correct. Why is that my fault? The part was still in the box had never even been handled! I've been doing repair work for 50+ years. and plan on doing a lot more but my parts will NOT come from Advance."

Liz is amazing and takes the time to research the parts i needed to look for. If she could not find it she went on Google to find a part number. I am impressed."
