Growing Mindfully is a nurturing and empowering mixed age group school located in Sacramento, California. Our mission is to help children develop into happy, resilient, and emotionally nurtured individuals who are active participants in society.

At Growing Mindfully, we offer a play-based early learning program that focuses on mindfulness. We believe in introducing mindfulness practices at an early age to help children develop emotional resilience and self-regulation skills.
